In celebration of the release of my new trilogy: The Black Hills Brotherhood, I'm holding three special contests. EMail me a copy of your receipt for any or all of the three Black Hills Brotherhood books and you'll be entered into a drawing to receive a piece of Black Hills Gold.
Contest One:  ends September 30, 2009 A drawing will be held to award a Black Hills Gold pendant and chain to one lucky reader who EMails me proof of purchase of His Best Friend's Baby. Contest Two:  ends October 31, 2009 A drawing will be held to award a Black Hills Gold pendant and chain to one lucky reader who has EMailed me proof of purchase of The Sharpshooter's Secret Son. Contest Three:  ends November 30, 2009 A drawing will be held to award a Black Hills Gold, onyx and sterling silver pair of earrings to  one lucky reader who has EMailed me proof of purchase of all three Black Hills Brotherhood books: the two listed above plus The Colonel's Widow?  (Book Club subscribers can EMail a copy of the applicable shipping statements for all three books.) CONTEST FAQ: Q. It's only July. Why announce the contest now when we can't buy the books yet? A. "Anticipation."  ☻ I want everyone to know about the contest in plenty of time to save and mail their receipts. And, I'm too excited about the series and the contest to wait. Q. How do I win? A. EMail a copy of your purchase receipt for a Black Hills Brotherhood book by Mallory Kane. Book Club members may EMail a copy of the shipping statement. Q. Can I enter all three contests? A.Yes.                Q. Can I win all three contests? A. Theoretically. If you EMail me three different copies of valid receipts and your name is drawn, then you will win. You are not disqualified if you've won the previous month's contest. Q. Can I snail mail the entries? A. No. Q. Can I pick a different prize? A. No. Q. I'm allergic to gold. A. I'm sorry. Q. Are these jewelry pieces the genuine article? A. Yes. They are genuine Black Hills Gold pieces. Q. What if I don't like my prize? A. I'm sorry. Q. Why can't I just EMail you that I bought the book, without providing a copy of the receipt? A. Because. Q. I got my prize, and it doesn't look like the picture. A. The photos above are of the actual prizes being offered. However, we must reserve the right to make changes to the prizes, if necessary.

 

Small Print:
The author will perform all drawings. The results, as determined by the author, will be final. Winner(s) must provide a valid EMail address and a valid snail mail address in order to receive the prize, and must agree to be featured on the author's website as a winner of said prize. There are no guarantees, real or implied, regarding the prizes. The author has purchased the prizes herself and takes on faith that they are as described and as paid for. Anyone misrepresenting a receipt or a shipping statement will be disqualified from any and all contests. A valid purchase receipt or shipping statement indicating the specific book purchased is required to be included in the contest. Any disputes will be settled by the author. The author's decision will be final and uncontested. This contest is intended for entertainment only. The only requirements for entry are as listed above.
